- Party Trays - A wide variety for any occasion are custom made to your taste. These trays normally include; miniature danish, petite fours, creampuffs, miniature honey buns and cookies but can be ordered to suit your taste.
- Cookies - We scratch bake our own butter cookies and also carry a nice selection of "New York" cookies. Each holiday season brings with it a unique variety. Easter cookie tray picture
- Danish - We scratch bake our own sweet dough and add premium fruit toppings - apple, blueberry, cheese, cherry, lemon, pineapple, & crumb.
- Pies - Our pies contain the finest ingredients available with scratch made pie shells and premium fruits. Our pumpkin pies for example are made with only Libby's pure pumpkin, dark molasses, milk, eggs and spices. No fillers, not now, not ever! (Some commercial mass produced pumpkin pies are thinned with yams.)
Our varieties include,
- Pumpkin, Coconut Custard, Lemon Meringue, Mincemeat (the "meat" is really made from fruits like apples, raisins, orange peel, lemon peel and such), Sliced Apple, Apple Crumb, Cherry, Cherry Crumb, Blueberry, Blueberry Crumb, Banana Whipped Cream, Choc. or Van. Whipped Cream, Lemon with whipped Cream and Boston Cream (Spongecake with Bavarian Cream filling, iced with chocolate icing)
- Rolls - While we do not offer a full line of breads we do have rolls that are ideal for parties. Our "mini-steak" roll is several inches long with a thin crust that holds up to foods like meatballs with sauce very well. We also have sandwich rolls; snowflake, hamburger and semi-hard. All three are from the same dough but prepared slightly different. On holidays we offer hand-twisted rolls similar to the mini-steak.
- Pictures
- Rum Ring - sweet dough, approx. weight, 20 oz. Rum Syrup, vanilla iced.
- Easter Egg - Pound Cake batter, chocolate iced, sugar daises.
- Cookie Tray - This is a 3lb. Easter cookie tray.
