Danish
We make our own danish from scratch in house, not shipped frozen and pre-formed. Below you can see how they look rolled up on a pan before being proofed and topped with fruit. The second picture shows danish after being sheeted and cut into strips ... it's then twisted and rolled up, a skill that takes time to master. Our custom recipe contains no artificial preservatives or additives. Also available in miniature size, 16-18 per pound.
